Receiving Proof of Credit.
Following our Registrar’s office receipt
of tuition and test results
we will e-mail you a certificate proof of
Credit for course completion.
Once you have received the Certificate,
this will serve as
your permanent record of Course completion.
Registering credit for appropriate Agency:
Inform Agency requiring credit that you
have
completed course and have obtained the credit.
Some agencies, such as WSCA will require
you to notify them
you have the credit without sending any
documentation, however;
you still are required to keep in your possession
proof of credit.
Other agencies, such as WIAA, will require
notification with a copy of
your Certificate and a modest fee to record
your credits.
* Check
with the appropriate agency that you are
taking the courses for as to their requirements
and guidelines
for credit recognition and documentation.
