What you will learn...

Quality Training

You will learn there are two types of physical trainers:

The Artist

The Architect

The Artist Trainer only knows the outward action.

The Architect Trainer sees the internal interaction.

Big muscle and mass means more power.

The structure with the best mechanical advantage wins.

When the artist trainer sees a powerful person in a sport like football, they only see the force of effort, not the stabilizing forces necessary for determining mechanical advantage.

When the architect trainer sees a power person, they know they are really seeing a person with the proper  S-shape spinal posture that produces the best mechanical advantage.

Quantity Training Results in Survival of The Fittest

  • The artist trainer knows quantity training.

  • They get an athlete with a certain God given ability to run and jump.

  • The athlete's ability is unknown.

  • The athlete is then trained to improve and expose their ability, but all at the risk of their physical stability.

  • Results: For the majority of athletes, there is a decrease in athletic ability and longevity resulting eventually in increased frustration.

Quality Training Results in Fitness for    All

  • The architect trainer knows quality training.

  • The athlete is examined for God given ability to run and jump.

  • The athlete's ability is known.

  • Athletic training enhances and preserves the proper S-shape spinal structure and function to enhance physical stability and increase ability.

  • Results:  For the majority of athletes, there is an increase in athletic ability, longevity and understanding.
