Exercises

Spinal Fitness has very specific exercises that are orthopedic by definition.  Orthopedic means the restoration and preservation of proper skeletal structure and function.  Relative to Spinal Fitness, these exercises induce the body to adapt the proper S-shape posture.

The neck exercises are for the enhancement, restoration and preservation of the cervical portion of the S-shape (lordotic) spinal posture.

The lower back exercises are for the enhancement, restoration and preservation of the lumbar portion of the S-shape (lordotic) spinal posture.

To learn more about our exercises, choose the buttons under the "links" to see videos.

Please note, before starting any exercise program consult your physician.
