Spinal Biomechanics and Biomechanical Studies of Human Movement

Biomechanics Human Movement Levers and Leverage

Home study continuing education providers in biomechanics of human movement  with emphasis on biomechanical muscular skeletal levers and lever systems physics. Special concern:  Athletic spinal development in children and child safety in youth sports programs.

Mechanical Advantage

Mechanical advantage, mathematically, will tell who is the best player.

Knowing how much effort each player expends, how many forces are created into the joints and how may parts are used will reveal who is the strongest one with the most endurance.

You will learn how the mathematical analysis is determined to arrive at the mathematical comparison of proper and improper spinal posture.

Knowing how many muscles must work, how many forces are created in the form of compression and shear, and how many joints are involved will reveal who will be the strongest, have the best endurance and be less likely to get hurt.

You will learn to compare how much true effort is used between proper and improper posture to perform a movement like a sit up.

You will learn to compare the forces created that can damage tissue between proper and improper spinal posture when performing a movement like a sit up.
