Quality Training
You will learn there are two types of physical trainers: |
The Artist |
The Architect |
| The Artist Trainer only knows the outward action. |
The Architect Trainer sees the internal interaction. |
 |
Big muscle and mass means more power. |
 |
 |
The structure with the best mechanical advantage wins. |
 |
| When the artist trainer sees a powerful person in a sport
like football, they only see the force of effort, not the stabilizing forces
necessary for determining mechanical advantage. |
When the architect trainer sees a power person, they know
they are really seeing a person with the proper S-shape spinal posture
that produces the best mechanical advantage. |

ability, but all at the risk of their physical stability.
-
Results: For the majority of athletes, there is a
decrease in athletic ability and longevity resulting eventually in
increased frustration.
