   Here is a demonstration of the pelvic tilt (lower back) exercise over a PowerCushion™ utilizing an exercise partner for the force of resistance.

Here is a demonstration of the pelvic tilt (lower back) exercise over a PowerCushion™  utilizing either robotic force (500 lbs. to 1,000 lbs.) or weight stack (10 lbs. to 100 lbs.) to supply the force of resistance.
