Youth Training

You will learn that all youth go through an 18 year long spinal training program.

This takes 18 years.

During that time, the spine is growing in size, mass and shape.

It's like a deer with not fully mature antlers that are weak. If they are injured, the will not grow properly.

Youth need knowledgeable caretakers to train their spines to grow correctly and protect them from harm.

All humans are programmed to get this spine by the time they are adults, but without educated caretakers, now very few succeed.

Instead of maturing with proper posture, your child can become an adult with improper posture. Below we have included just a few examples of what improper or lack of training can result in as your child matures to adulthood.
