Massage

Now more than ever, people are receiving therapeutic massage as a means of relaxation and to reduce daily stress.  Therapeutic massage helps to reduce their everyday tensions, aches and pains.

Each year consumers spend between $4-$6 billion on massage and visit licensed massage practitioners 114 million times according to the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA).

More and more people are using massage as means of an adjunct to therapy and rehabilitation.   Advanced massage techniques can help in the recovery from soft tissue damage resulting from all types of injuries such as:

  • On-the-job injuries
  • Sports injuries
  • Daily aches and pains
  • Weekend warrior strains
