Here is a demonstration of the sit up over a fulcrum (PowerCushion™) which utilizes the body weight as the force of resistance.

 

 

Here is a demonstration of the sit up exercise over a PowerCushion™ utilizing either robotic force  (500 lbs. to 1,000 lbs.) or weight stack (10 lbs. to 100 lbs.) to supply the force of resistance in addition to the body weight.
